"Intelligent road signs for adaptive traffic control, communicating in V2X technology" project
The aim of the project is to improve the safety of traveling on public roads through the concept development, construction and testing of a new type of intelligent road signs that will enable the prevention of the most common collisions on highways.
The planned effect of the project will be the developed series of products, including intelligent standing, hanging and mobile signs, displaying dynamically updated recommended driving speed, determined automatically. The electronic module built into road signs will enable multi-modal measurement of traffic conditions (visual, acoustic and meteorological analysis).
The project is implemented under Measure 4.1.4 of the Smart Growth Operational Program 2014-2020 by the Consortium composed of:

The total cost of the project is 6 902 082.72 zł.
The project co-financing value from the European Regional Development Fund amounts to 5 929 720.59 zł
The project was carried out between 01/07/2017 and 30/06/2020.
